Land to the rear of Church Street, Kidlington, Oxon

The Oxford Atchaeological Unit carried out a field evaluation on the land îo the rear of Church Street, Kidlington on behalf of Westbury Homes. The evaluation revealed a number
of ditches, aligned either east-west or north-south, which were possibly late Iron Age-early Roman or medieval in date. Two undated pits and a large unidentified feature, possibly
backfilled in the medieval period, were also seen.
