Abstract
A field evaluation was carried out by the OAU at Bell lane, Thame on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council Department of Planning and Property Services in association with Thames Valley Police. There we¡e medieval pits and gullies with
evidence of ironworking which were sealed by a Iayer of meclieval demolition debris in trench 1 and in trenches 2 and 3 by garden soil.
