Abstract
In May and November 2005, Oxford Archaeology (OA) carried out
an archaeological watching brief at Highworth, Wilts. (NGR SU
201 922) in advance of redevelopment. The work was commissioned by CgMs Consulting on behalf of McCarthy and Stone (Developments) Ltd.. No archaeology was uncovered during the excavation.
