Abstract

Between the 10th and 12th of March 2009, OA East carried out an archaeological watching brief at site location TM 476 670. The monitoring was carried out during investigations to the area south of the North Wall embankment to determine the suitability of of material from the marsh for use in the expansion of the existing embankment. No artefacts or archaeological deposits were encountered.
