Abstract
On the 11th October 2004 Oxford Archaeology (OA) carried out a field
evaluation on land off Little Hampden Close, Wendover, Buckinghamshire
(NGR: SP 8668 0764) on behalf of Ian Henstock. The evaluation revealed
extensive deposits of post-medieval garden soil, a layer of a possible early
medieval plough soil and a 13th- to 14th-century field or property
boundary ditch.
