Abstract
Between 12th-21st October 2015, Oxford Archaeology completed an archaeological
watching brief upon the excavation of a cable trench corridor between Shenley
Grounds Farm and the boundary of Hazeley School to the West of Milton Keynes.
The fieldwork was commissioned by Western Power Distribution ahead of the
installation of three 33kV electricity cables. No archaeological features, deposits or
artefacts were encountered during the works although the impact and exposure of
the potential archaeological horizon was very limited
