Abstract
Area A: In 1998 an evaluation at Elmbridge Road, Gloucester found only traces of cultivated land in the form of ridge and furrow and modern disturbance.
Area B revealed field boundaries of Romano-British date and some Medieval ridge and furrow indicating the long term agricultural use of the land.
