Abstract
Oxford Archaeologcal Unit (OAU) carried out a programme of archaeological excavations in the Wrekin Hillfort on behalf of Castle Transmission International Ltd. In addition, two areas of heavy erosion on the ramparts were repaired. The excvations revealed a gravelled pathway, probably of 2oth century date.
