Abstract
Desk based assessment carried out to define areas of archaeological potential ahead of potential development of an area of 82 hectares in Sutton Parish, Peterborough. The area contains 6 recorded sites which include; a ring ditch, a linear ditch and pit alignment, Ermine Street, Medieval ridge and furrow, post holes and cropmarks which may indicate two enclosures. Additional Prehistoric, Roman and Medieval sites lie adjacent to the proposed site.
