Abstract
OA carried out archaeological and historical analysis of Rowstock Cottage in Rowstock, South Oxfordshire at the end of October 2004. The work was commissioned by Stephen Johns of BHP Harwood Architects on behalf of the clients George Leighton and Planning officer about the building with regard to the clienr's application to demolish the Cottage. The cottage was visited and examined on the 28 October. It is a small cottage of the early to mid 19th century, it is made of cob with thatch roof and brick chimney with several later additions and repairs.
