Abstract
Between 15th and 22nd July 2020, Oxford Archaeology conducted an archaeological watching brief for development occurring on land behind 4-14 Claybush Road, Ashwell. The work involved an examination of ground exposed after the excavation of top and subsoils and the monitoring of groundworks associated with the excavation of building foundations and service roads. No archaeological features or finds were identified.
