Abstract
Oxford Archaeology was commissioned by 376 Estates to undertake a trial
trench evaluation of the site of a proposed residential development at Ley
Community, Sandy Lane, Yarnton Oxfordshire. The evaluation comprised
seven trenches targeting the footprints of proposed structures.
The evaluation was conducted over the course of three days, between the 15th
and 17th of March 2021. No archaeological features or deposits were
identified within the trenches and no artefactual evidence was recovered.
