Abstract
A fieldwalking collection and auger survey were undertaken by OAU in accordance with a brief by Lawson - Price Environmental, acting on behalf of Blue Circle Industries plc. Two small concentrations of late Bronze Age and Iron Age pottery were located. the main finds were worked and unworked burnt flint and post-Medieval material. Six auger transects identified hillwash and periglacial features.
