Abstract
Oxford Archaeology undertook the excavation of a middle-late Iron Age settlement and historical farmhouse in advance of a housing dvelopemnt at Oxley Park on the outh-western outskirts of Milton Keynes during September and November 2005. The Iron Age settlement had been partly excavated by Archaeological Investigations Ltd (Hereford) in 2004. OA completed the excavation and amagamated the records whilst extending the area to include the full limits of the settlement. The combined excavation works exposed the truncated remains of several roundhouses, associated enclosures and a sequence of boundary ditches.
