Abstract
An archaeological desk-based assessment was carried out by Oxford Archaeology North (OA North) during April 2003 of the area of The Torrs, New Mills, Derbyshire (SK 001852). The work was required as part of a pre-planning appraisal of the site prior to proposed redevelopment by United Utilities.
