Abstract
A second phase of archaeological survey and evaluation was undertaken at Otterburn Training Area, Northumberland (NT 80 07 - NY 92 95) over the Winter of 1996-7 as part of the MoD for Change Programme. Lancaster University Archaeological Unit and The Archaeological Practice University of Newcastle undertook the work in consortium, dividing tasks between the two organisations. The project was managed by LUAU under the guidance of David Freke od RPS Clouston.
