Abstract
Oxford Archaeology undertook a field evaluation on land at BAE Systems, Cowes, Isle of Wight on behalf of CgMs for BAE systems. The evaluation revealed evidence of Iron Age occupation across the southern part of the site in the form of a probable eaves drip gully, posthole clusters and other
possible posthole structures. Several undated drainage or field boundary ditches were also recorded.
