Abstract
In July 2004 Oxford Archaeology (OA) carried out an archaeological watching brief at St Birinus School, Queen Street, Dorchester-on-Thames, Oxon (NGR SU 5788 9439). The work commissioned by British Telecom in advance of the installation of a new service duct. The watching brief revealed two undated soil horizons pre-dating the construction of the school.
