Abstract
On 20 March 2013 and 11–12 March 2014, OA East carried out an archaeological watching brief at six locations between Great Wenham Sewage Treatment Works and the village of Capel St Mary (TM 07713 38015, TM 08116 38151, TM 08189 38159, TM 08237 38208, TM 08220 38290, TM 08200 38280). The monitoring was carried out during the machine excavation of four pits dug to locate a sewer pipe, and two pits for pipeline drilling. No archaeological features or finds were revealed.
