Fulwood Academy/Fulwood High School and Arts College, Black Null Lane, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire - Desk-based assessment

Fulwood High School and Art College is due to be replaced by Fulwood Academy, as part of Phase 4 of the Building Schools for the future (BSF) scheme. The propsed development area is located to the north of the city of Preston, on Black Bull Lane, Fulwood. The project is at the pre-planning stage and a desk-based assessment is therefore necessary to inform the planning prcoess. Bovis Lend Lease commissioned OA North to undertake the work, which was carried out in August and September 2009
