Abstract
Between the 23rd of February and the 14th May 2015 Oxford East Archaeology undertook a programme of strip, map, recording and monitoring groundwork at Beechwood Park School, Markyate, Hertfordshire. An area to south of the present day school and adjacent to an 18th century walled garden produced evidence of an entrance way to a possible Late Iron Age enclosure and a metalled surface exiting the walled garden. No further archaeological features were revealed during the investigation.
