Abstract
An archaeological evaluation within the grounds of Hoppcroft's Holt Hotel on Oxford Road, Steeple Aston revealed evidence for a concentrated areau of early Romano- British activity to the north west of the the site. No significant archaeological deposits were present over the rest
of the application site.
