Abstract
Following an archaeological evaluation in June 2010 Oxford Archaeology East was commissioned by FE Peacock to undertake an open area excavation on land rear of 1 Oakington Road Cottenham. This work was carried out between the 26th and 29th of July 2010. A wide shallow ditch dating to the medieval period and a series of modern features were found.
