Green Barn, Maris Lane, Trumpington

On the 14th of April 2016, OA East conducted an archaeological evaluation at Bidwell's Stores, Green Barn, Maris Lane, Trumpington, to provide information with regard to a planning application for the construction of an office building and storage facility. The site is located in an area of high archaeological potential. A single trench was excavated and revealed a pit and make-up for a surface, both were 20th century in date. There was no indication of any remains pre-dating the 20th century.
