Abstract
In April 2001 the Oxford Archaeological Unit (OAU) carried out a field evaluation at Colthrop Mill, Thatcham on behalf of Gazeley Properties Ltd. The evaluation revealed a section of Roman road, a number of shallow undated ditches within the north-western area of the site and a system of undated drainage ditches within eastern end of the site.
