Abstract
During August 2018 Oxford Archaeology conducted a trial trench evaluation
at 400 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Reading. The evaluation revealed that
engineered ground overlay a layer of disturbed natural gravels up to 0.8m in
thickness containing finds of modern date. No archaeological features or
deposits were present in any of the trenches
