Abstract
Between 1st June 2007 and 28th August 2008 Oxford Archaeology (OA) carried out an archaeological watching brief at the Octagon Chapel and Environs, Broad Street, Bath NE Somerset (NGR:ST750650). The work was commissioned by ER Hemmings in advance of the building renovation and redevelopment of the site. The watching brief revealed deep deposits of post-medieval made ground and 18th & 19th century structures.
